- Registration deadline is April 6, 2008.
- Your registration fee includes the cost of conference handouts and coffee breaks. Meals are not included.
- A cancellation fee of $50 will be assessed if cancellation is received on or before 30 days from the start of the meeting. A cancellation fee of $100 will be assessed if cancellation is received less than 30 days from the start of meeting. No refunds after start of meeting.
- All registrations must be prepaid.
