  • Registration deadline is April 6, 2008.
  • Your registration fee includes the cost of conference handouts and coffee breaks. Meals are not included.
  • A cancellation fee of $50 will be assessed if cancellation is received on or before 30 days from the start of the meeting. A cancellation fee of $100 will be assessed if cancellation is received less than 30 days from the start of meeting. No refunds after start of meeting.
  • All registrations must be prepaid.

The last day to register for this meeting is April 6. After April 6, you may register on site.
