Registration Fee Structure

The International Conference on Emergency Medicine recognizes the importance of networking and socializing with your colleagues in emergency medicine from around the world. Opportunities include the Welcome Reception, the Salute to American Pop Culture Reception, and the Formal Dinner Reception. In addition, lunch is provided in the exhibit hall daily for all paid delegates. Delegates’ registered guests may purchase lunch for an additional fee.

To get the most from your 12th ICEM experience, all delegates are encouraged to participate in all of the social events. However, we realize that some of you may not be able to commit your evenings to the ICEM events, so we have developed a separate fee structure for attending the educational program only.

Cancellations

Cancellations submitted in writing and received on or before Monday, March 3 will receive a refund of fees paid less a $50 cancellation fee - no telephone cancellations will be accepted. Cancellation received after Monday, March 3 will be assessed a $100 cancellation fee. SOCIAL EVENT PACKAGE

The social event package includes the Welcome Reception, a Salute to American Pop Culture Reception, and the Formal Dinner Reception for $345.00 per registrant. If you are registering for only 1-day and would like to attend that day’s social event, you may purchase a separate ticket. Please inquire details from the ACEP Meeting Registrar. Guests accompanying a person who is registered for the conference may purchase a social event package for $345.00.
